THE SHORT VERSION
A kitchen, a bar, and an arcade
Vans Craft Kitchen sits on Newtown Road in Danbury, in the same building as the La Quinta. It is a scratch kitchen with a full bar and two thousand square feet of arcade attached, which is a combination that did not exist around here before we built it.
It is also the family friendly one of the three restaurants in the group. Kids in the arcade, adults at the bar, everybody eating the same food. Birthday parties, date nights, after work, Sunday game day. It holds up for all of it.

Echo Craft Kitchen in Watertown started it. Ideal Tavern in Southington came next. Vans is the Danbury room, and the one with the arcade.
